We are conducting a survey to find out how many countries are represented at Briarcliff. So far we have over 25 countries! Second through fifth grade students have done the survey in Technology class, but some students were absent or needed to go home and ask their parents. This has been a great opportunity to talk about global awareness and diversity. We are asking that Kindergarten and First Grade do the survey with their classes. You can click the button on the right or find the link here. We are also naming our bulldog mascot! Using good judgement, students have come up with a variety of names. Suggestions will be taken until April 25th. The names will then be narrowed down by teachers and staff. Then voting will take place on the Briarcliff Homepage. Students in 2nd-5th grade have been sharing their ideas for names here during Technology class. Again, K/1 teachers can do the contest as a class. Please feel free to add your suggestions as a class, share it with parents, and make your own suggestions! You can click on our bulldog to make your suggestions and/or on the Technology homepage. | |
